2. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within [2–4 business days] of payment being received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers (e.g. Australia Post, Aramex, or couriers). Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas: may take longer

Delivery times are estimates only.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be advertised on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order

Most orders include tracking. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

7. Delays & Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing or appears damaged on arrival, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the problem. If we have posted the parcel and it is lost or delivered incorrectly, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and provide a remedy (replacement or refund) where appropriate. You should keep proof of postage/receipts where relevant.

8. Incorrect Address

Please enter your shipping address correctly. If a parcel is sent to an incorrect address you provided, we will work with the carrier to try to recover it; if it cannot be recovered you may be responsible for the loss unless the carrier or we are at fault.
